In times of crisis, people tend to flex their creativity muscles. Companies are no different.

Big four consulting firm KPMG will split its workforce into a “blue team” and a “white team” from next week and keep them separate from each other to try to avoid infections.

Under the plan, one team will work from home and the other from the office for a week at a time, and the teams will then swap locations for the following week. The teams allocated to work from home will have their access to the firm’s offices cancelled for the relevant week.
